Using our "PayPal" online ordering system

PayPal is an established, independent online service used by more than 2 million businesses and over 15 million customers worldwide to process Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit card payments quickly and securely. PayPal is ideally suited for the needs of small businesses and also has been extensively used by online auction services such as EBay.

Anyone with an email address can use PayPal. When you first use PayPal, you are asked to provide your name, address and email information, not unlike any online store. You are also asked to provide your own choice of user name and password. Please write down and save your user name and password in a safe place -- this one time action makes you a "member" of PayPal so that in any future transaction with the Glen Roc Photography Studio or any other PayPal user you need only log in and provide your credit card information.

For example, to order prints, simply click on "Add to Cart" button next to the size and type of picture that you want to add to your online "shopping cart." The shopping cart will open in a separate browser window, so to continue shopping just minimize the shopping cart or switch back to the window you had been viewing until you are ready to finalize your order.

6% New Jersey Sales Tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses. If sales tax is charged on an item that is tax exempt, the studio will refund an adjustment to you.

As soon as you place your order, PayPal automatically sends an email to you confirming your order. At the same time, PayPal sends to me an email with the details of your order and your shipping information, and your payment is credited to my account. If you have any further questions or adjustments regarding your order after it is placed, please contact me directly at the studio.

Of course, if you choose not to use PayPal you may place your order by mail by printing the shopping cart and enclosing a check, or by placing your order in person at the studio.
